Here she teamed with UK producers, Mike Stock, Matt Aitken and Peter Waterman, who were hot at the time with recordings by Dead Or Alive, Kylie Minogue, Rick Astley, Jason Donovan and Mel & Kim, among others.
“This Time I Know It’s For Real” was Donna’s last Top-40 hit, although she did have a couple more in the UK Top-40. The title was also a track on Her “Another Time Another Place” album, which reached #53 in the US and #17 in the UK.
Sadly, we lost Donna in 2012.
