Former US Army/White Pass & Yukon 2-8-2 MacArthur 192 "Klondike Katie" was at the head of the Dollywood Express for opening weekend 2024. To celebrate the start of the new season, Katie wore an old number plate dating back at least to the park's Silver Dollar City days, with parts of it possibly from all the way back to the park's first incarnation as Rebel Railroad.
