KULT News visited San Antonio, TX on Valentines weekend in 2025 and had the cops called on us multiple times.
Sure, the cops in San Antonio remember the Alamo but, the question is, do they remember our First Amendment right to a free press?

Laws may vary but, generally speaking, in the United States, if you are in public you are legally able to photograph whatever you can see. Simply put, your eyes can’t be trespassed. Obviously there are some restrictions on this (i.e., bathrooms, dressing rooms, most courtrooms, locker rooms, etc.) but very few when you are in public. If you can see it, you can shoot it (this rule only applies to cameras.) This is not legal advice.
