An employee of a weed dispensary goes too far when he drives down the sidewalk in an attempt to run over KULT News reporter Mike Norton for photographing the business.
On Oct. 23, 2023, KULT News was shooting outside of the dispensary when an employee came out and aggressively approached us and then got in his car and literally drove down the sidewalk directly toward one of our reporters.
Would the crazed dispensary employee hit Mike with his car or would he swerve away at the last second, averting disaster.

Laws may vary but, generally speaking, in the United States, if you are in public you are legally able to photograph whatever you can see. Simply put, your eyes can’t be trespassed. Obviously there are some restrictions on this (i.e., bathrooms, dressing rooms, most courtrooms, locker rooms, etc.) but with very few, when you are in public, if you can see it, you can shoot it (this rule only applies to cameras.)
