Have a freezer full of tomatoes—or an overflowing garden? 🍅 Here's one of my favorite ways to preserve them for months (or even years!) while making meal prep easier than ever.
In this video, I'll show you how I turn dehydrated tomatoes into an instant tomato sauce powder that's ready whenever I need it. Simply mix it with water, and you have homemade tomato sauce without opening a jar, wasting leftovers, or sacrificing flavor.
After growing **92 tomato plants**, I needed an easy way to preserve my harvest, and this has become one of my favorite pantry staples.
👇 Helpful Resources
➡️ Before you can make this pasta sauce, you need to dehydrate your tomatoes! Watch my video on the easy hack I used to dehydrate all of my garden tomatoes. (And be sure to read the steps closely so your tomato powder doesn't turn into a brick.)
