New measurement science is essential for DDR5. Beyond the traditional compliance solutions, you need BGA interposers, DIMM fixtures, and switches for easy signal access, automated control of the DUT for fast repeatable test, and a data repository for quick result analysis and fast decision making. Keysight will demonstrate how to use this new measurement science by performing DDR5 compliance alongside a corresponding DDR5 simulated design.
