Keysight will demonstrate the industry’s first 224G SERDES in a multi-channel transmitter configuration operating with both the Infiniium 113GHz UXR Real Time and DCA N1000 120GHz Sampling instruments operating side by side. 224G signaling requires unique, precision measurements supported by both of Keysight’s leading oscilloscope architectures. This demo station will showcase SNDR and jitter measurements using the Intel 224G Falcon-2 EVM platform with Keysight's N1000A/N1060A DCA-X sampling and UXR-Series UXR1102A real-time oscilloscopes.
