Showcase one of teams named by Red Hook. This video shows 5 win matches.
We of little faith is a „stress-DoT“ team, here are roles of characters:
1st: Man at arms (accuracy trinket + Spiked shield) - damage dealer
2nd: Abomination (damage trinkets) - damage dealer
3rd: Jester (dodge trinket + damage trinket) - deathblow dealer
4th: Occultist (stress trinket + dodge trinket) - stress dealer
PROS:
1) Porcupine
2) Good damage output
3) Great stress output
4) Great DoT output
5) 3 disruptors
6) 2 deathblowers
CONS:
1) Marks are a menace
2) Stuns are a menace
3) Stress is a menace
4) Disruption is a menace
5) RNGsus is a menace
We of little faith is a stress team that combines also DoT and pure damage. You have 3 disruptors, 2 deathblowers, 2 (self)healers and 2 riposters. Sadly this team is weak against mark and stress teams.
I played a few strategies, like „mix damage + stress“, „full stress“ and „mix damage + DoT“ and „porcupine“. I also tried both variantions of Man at arms (damager / stresser), both variantions are good. And I tried both variantions of Abomination (melee beast / DoT puker) - it’s better to stick with stress variantion.
My advice: Start with Abomination for opening the riposte, next use Jester for buffing the team, then Man at arms for opening the riposte too OR guarding Occultist. Lastly Occultist for disruption / stressing the backline.
I’m dissapointed with this team. The first matches against easier players was good, even when I experimented a different strategies. The last match or matches, I was trying „the finishers“ strategy (Abomination and Jester with „Finisher“ trinket) and… oh, boy… From 4th match the darkest players appeard in the queue and RNGsus showed me a middle finger. No matter, what I was playing, I couldn’t won. But do you know, what was the best?
With this team I played in total 12 matches, only 2x I started as first. In 3 situtations I was on winning side and opponent used TACTICAL DESYNC. 3 matches was lost against darkest players (solid teams), 2 of them was with the same player, but with different team and I struggle as you want to go on date with hottest girl in your area. Even more - one match ended in round 40 (severely injured Occultist VS. highly stressed Flagellant with „Suffer“ skill and without „Punish“), sadly no stalemate because my Occultist died to bleed+stress. Or in other match my Abomination can’t stun opponent’s Crusader with 20% stun resist. One day I will show you this match.
So… what’s the conclusion? It’s a good team, you have some skills for buffing the team, riposters and stressers. Sadly you have only 2 healers, one is self-healer and one a slot machine. Using „stress“ tactics aren’t worthy, I tried and failed. You can beat even harder players, but… you need some faith in RNGsus. I guess my RNGsus just left me here.

#darkestdungeon #butcherscircus #plaguedoctorforlife
This video shows a comp made by Flazin and Yaar and it shows 5 win matches.
Flazin-Yaar is a ,,damage-stress“ team, here are roles of characters:
1st: Flagellant (Gauntlet of Absolution + damage trinket) - DoT dealer
2nd: Man at arms (Spiked shield + accuracy trinket) - guardian
3rd: Grave robber (dodge trinket + stress trinket) - stress dealer
4th: Highwayman (damage trinkets) - damage dealer
PROS:
1) Porcupine
2) Great damage output
3) Great stress output
4) Great DoT output
5) 2 disruptors
6) 2 deathblowers
CONS:
1) Marks are a menace
2) Stuns are a menace
3) Stress is a menace
3) Low healing potential
Flazin-Yaar is a nice damage team with great strength of stress and DoT. You have 2 disruptors, 2 deathblowers, 2 riposters, but only 1 healer. Sadly this team is vulnerable against mark and stress teams.
I tried to play a few strategies, like „the finishers“, „porcupine“, „original setup“ and „full stress“. I tried both variantions of Man at arms (damager / stresser) and Grave robber (pure damage / DoT stresser), both variantions are actually good. And also Highwayman (bandit / gunslinger), the bandit version is better choice.
My advice: Start with Highwayman for opening the riposte, next use Man at arms for buffing the team OR guarding someone. Then Flagellant for applying DoT and lastly Grave robber also for stressing someone.
About score: One match against novice player with typical novice team. After 2nd turn the opponent surrendered. The match wasn’t even 1 minute long.
About team: What a team! Even with one healer, you can make a pressure and what’s important, both main strategies (porcupine / stress) are working! Unfortunately for me I lost 2x against darkest players - both with lame teams [Dumb comp & Shep’s stress #1]. And what pissed me off, was the second defeat - I was already on winning side, but RNGsus again showed me his back and let me lost the match (because nobody couldn’t finished 2 death’s door characters).
At least I won some matches, the first one was great and quick. The stress is real problem here, but if you’re quick enough, you’ve should manage that. Honestly, even with this players and the score, I enjoyed playing this team!
For another tips and how play this team better, ask Flazin or Yaar (on Discord).

Showcase one of teams named by Red Hook. This video shows 5 win matches.
Criminal intent is a ,,damage-stress team, here are roles of characters:
1st: Bounty hunter (Grappling Mits + accuracy trinket) - deathblow dealer
2nd: Highwayman (damage trinkets) - damage dealer
3rd: Grave robber (stress trinket + dodge trinket) - DoT dealer
4th: Occultist (stress trinket + dodge trinket) - healer
PROS:
1) Mark synergy (Bounty hunter / Occultist + Highwayman / Grave robber)
2) Great damage output
3) Great stress output
4) Great DoT output
5) 3 disruptors
6) 4 deathblowers
CONS:
1) Marks are a menace
2) Stuns are a menace
3) Stress is a menace
4) Low healing potential
Criminal intent is a damage team, that combines also stress and DoT. All characters are deathblowers (if we count Occultist’s „Sacrificial stab“ on afflicted character), next you have 3 disruptors and powerful mark synergy, but only one healer. This team is vulnerable against every possible team, no matter on player’s rank.
I tried to play a few strategies, such as „mix damage + stress“, „double finisher“, „mark team“ and „full stress“. I tried both variantions of Highwayman (bandit / gunslinger), the bandit version is better choice. And also Grave robber (pure damage / DoT stresser), both variantions are good.
My advice: Start with Highwayman for opening the riposte, next use Bounty hunter for disruption, then Grave robber for dealing some damage and lastly Occultist for healing / stressing.
Very bad team. Long time ago I played a similiar team to this [The Guilty], but here instead you have an Occultist, which is good and also bad. Healing is not worth here, because Occultist should be used as stresser/disruptor, healing will waste your turn (because if it’s here injured character and suddenly healed, opponent wouldn’t retaliate and he will hit him/her again). I lost many times, 2x against darkest players with based teams (but close calls), 1x against a veteran player with stress team and 1x against novice player with pure damage team. Nice, that all characters are deathblowers, but that’s not, what you need. The pressure only from pure damage isn’t enough, you need focus to stress and DoT. Otherwise you will lose the match. But you can beat harder opponents.
