Paper shredder is a ,,stress-DoT“ team, here are roles of characters:
1st: Flagellant (Gauntlet of Absolution + damage trinket) - damage dealer
2nd: Shieldbreaker (dodge trinket + accuracy trinket) - damage dealer
3rd: Jester (damage trinket + dodge trinket) - deathblow dealer
4th: Grave robber (dodge trinket + stress trinket) - stress dealer
PROS:
1) Great damage output
2) Great stress output
3) Great DoT output
4) 2 deathblowers
CONS:
1) Low healing potential
2) DoT is a menace
3) Stress is a menace
4) Marks are a menace
5) Stuns are a menace
Paper shredder is a weird stress team with some strength of DoT and pure damage. You have 2 deathblowers and many ways for applying DoT, unfortunately only 1 healer. This team is weak against every possible team.
I tried to play a few strategies, like „the finishers“, „mix damage + stress“, „mix damage + DoT“ and „full stress“. I tried also both variantions of Grave robber (pure damage / DoT stresser), both are possible.
My advice: Start with Shieldbreaker for disruption, next use Jester for buffing the team, then Flagellant for applying DoT and lastly Grave robber also for applying DoT / dealing damage.
What a bad team. Firstly I tried to find original setup for this team, sadly I didn’t succeeded, so I had to improvise. Many darkest players with lame based teams in queue, few matches were lost due to darkest player with LAME based team and apprentice player with RNGsus on his side. You have no synergies, no pressure for opponent and you must rely on Flagellant’s healing, which is bad, if he have full health. I don’t recommend this team.
