Rocky roady warriors is a ,,damage-stress" team, here are roles of characters:
1st: Hellion (accuracy trinket + damage trinket) - damage dealer
2nd: Highwayman (damage trinkets) - damage dealer
3rd: Occultist (dodge trinket + stress trinket) - stress dealer
4th: Jester (dodge trinket + damage trinket) - deathblow dealer
PROS:
1) Mark synergy (Occultist + Highwayman)
2) Great damage output
3) Great stress output
4) Great DoT output
5) 2 disruptors
6) 4 deathblowers
CONS:
1) Stress is a menace
2) DoT is a menace
3) Stuns are a menace
4) Marks are a menace
5) Low healing potential
Rocky roady warriors is a damage team, that combines also stress and DoT. All characters are deathblowers (if we count Occultist’s „Sacrificial stab“ on afflicted character), next you have 2 disruptors and 2 (self)healers. Sadly this team is vulnerable against mark and stress teams.
I tried to play a few strategies, like „mix damage + stress“, „mix damage + DoT“, „the finishers“ and „mark team“. I tried both variantions of Hellion (damager / stresser), both variantions are good. And also both variantions of Highwayman (bandit / gunslinger), it’s better to stick with bandit version.
My advice: Start with Highwayman for opening the riposte, next use Occultist for disruption, then Hellion for dealing damage and lastly Jester for (de)buffing the team. Good choice, if your Jester have a skill „Solo“.
Now this team. On paper doesn’t look good, because you have only 2 healers - one self healer, one RNG slot machine. On the other hand all characters can dealt great damage. I was very suprised to manage fights against harder opponents. Sure, close calls, but still that counts. Sadly 3 lost matches, 2 against darkest players, 1 against novice player in rematch - how humiliating. This team… isn’t so bad, but neither good. You need great amount of luck to win against harder opponents. So… mid rate.
