I had no time to think or prepare dinner so I threw in what I could find in this pressure cooker and cooked it for 30 minutes. While this was cooking, I was busy cleaning up the kids toy room.
6 chicken thighs (thawed)
1 - 10.5 oz can cream of mushroom
1 - 10.5 oz can cream of chicken
1 can water
3 cups cooked rice
2 teaspoons garlic salt
Pepper
I put the chicken in the pressure cooker first. Topped with the (cold) cooked rice. Covered with the creamed soups and 1 can of water. Sprinkled garlic salt and pepper. Cover and cook for 30 minutes. Allow to depressurize for about 10 minutes. Done!
**Cook times will vary based on microwave wattage. I use a 1,100 watt microwave.**
