ELEPHANT IN THE ROOM: Funding For Derelict Buildings in Castlebar, But No Answers On Gagging Of Hospital Staff
In recent days Mayo politicians have been loudly praising the allocation of funds for the renovation of some derelict buildings in Castlebar.
The same politicians are completely silent on the fact that all staff have been gagged at Mayo University Hospital since the first lockdown in March 2020.
Elderly and vulnerable people are afraid to present at Mayo University Hospital, knowing that those who deal with them are under a vow of silence from the HSE.
Since March 2020 we've lost almost 5,000 people, supposedly to 'Covid-19'. These people have all died in nursing homes and hospitals - they're under the watch of the HSE, whose staff are gagged.
We should not be looking to the future, hoping that when we have a different government things will change. Mayo TD Rose Conway-Walsh of Sinn Féin said on Midwest Radio on December 1st that she has “full confidence in nursing homes.” Since that time many more hundreds have died behind locked doors.
We need answers now from our elected representatives on why the staff are gagged. We encourage you to call on your politicians and local media and demand that this issue be addressed.
