Last Thursday, my ISP decided that it was Throwaway Packet Thursday... so let's try again this week.

My Willem EPROM Programmer has arrived, and I have accepted offers from the sellers of several seemingly-compatible MCS-48 series microcontrollers on eBay (the place where I buy the things I later regret™). Those chips should arrive by tonight...

So looks like tonight is the night to attempt to read out the microcontroller if I want to save COMPUTER's KEYBOARD (see what I did there?)!

Did I buy the correct programer? Will I find a computer in the basement compatible with the software? And will I be able to read out the microcontroller? You'll have to watch to find out!
