Photographing the Milky Way, unless you’re fortunate enough to be in a location free of human presence, means one thing, light pollution! To counter that the KANI Filter manufacturer have come up with what they are calling the Prevent Light Pollution Filter. I tend to use the term Light Pollution Reduction Filter simply as that makes more grammatical sense to me in my own way.
Either way this video is to highlight a recent trip I made to a Beach here in Okinawa to test the filter whilst shooting the Milky Way. I’ll let the video speak for itself.
