Here is one of many Crane Carrier / New Way rear loaders that the City of Long Beach runs alongside their ACX McNeiluses. As many of you know, the City Department uses these rear loaders and Sidewinders to collect residential trash while Waste Management uses Amreps and various rear loaders to handle the recycling. The crew on this truck was on the slower side but got the job done and were very nice to let me follow along. This alley had a lot of LB's original Toters in it which I believe made for a fairly entertaining touch instead of all Rehrigs being tipped.
