Butter Chicken Naan Nachos
Serves 2 | Prep & Cooking 20 Min
225g pkt Coles Mini Naan Garlic & Herb
Ā¾ cup (225g) Coles Butter Chicken Simmer Sauce*
1 cup chopped Coles Hot Roast RSPCA Approved Chicken
Ā¼ cup (140g) Coles Perform High Protein Greek Yoghurt
Coriander leaves, to serveĀ
1. Cut each naan into eighths. Place in the air fryer basket and cook at 200Ā°C, turning halfway through cooking, for 10 mins or until golden and crisp. (Alternatively, bake at 200Ā°C in a single layer on a lined baking tray, turning occasionally, for 10 mins or until golden and crisp.)
2. Meanwhile, combine the sauce and chicken in a small saucepan and place over medium heat. Cook, stirring, for 5 mins or until heated through.
3. Arrange the naan chips on a serving platter and top with the butter chicken mixture. Top with yoghurt. (Alternatively, place the yoghurt in a sealable bag. Cut off 1 small corner and pipe yoghurt over the nachos.) Sprinkle with coriander leaves and serve immediately.
