Pull-Apart Maple Ham Slider Slab

1 Coles Pull Apart Ham with Smokey Maple Glaze*
6 pkt Coles Bakery Super Soft Round Rolls†
2 tbs Coles Barbecue Sauce
½ cup drained Coles Special Burger Pickles
½ cup drained Coles Special Burger Slaw
6 slices Coles Monterey Jack Cheese Slices
120g Coles Mozzarella, thinly sliced
40g Coles Australian Salted Butter, melted
1 garlic clove, crushed
1 tbs finely chopped flat-leaf parsley
1. Preheat oven to 200°C (180°C fan-forced). Cook ham following packet directions. Use 2 forks to coarsely shred. Reserve 2 cups ham mixture and place the remaining ham mixture in the fridge for another use.
2. Line a baking tray with baking paper. Carefully split rolls in half, keeping the bases attached to each other and the tops attached to each other. Place attached roll bases on the lined tray. Top with the reserved ham mixture. Drizzle with the barbecue sauce and layer with pickles, slaw and combined cheese. Top with attached roll tops. Bake for 20 mins or until golden brown and cheese melts.
3. Combine the butter, garlic and parsley in a small bowl. Season with pepper. Brush over rolls and serve immediately.
