Deaf poet Richard Carter's signed poem (in British Sign Language) "Grass Hairstyle " tells a story of several blades of grass with different hairstyles - all reduced to the same when the gardener arrives. It includes examples of anthropomorphisation,. It was performed at the Arnolfini Arts Centre Bristol in September 2009.
