The original Skyfox impressed a lot* of people upon its release for the Apple II line in 1984. Leaving enough of an impact to not only be ported to many other home computers, but to receive a sequel several years later.

That sequel, 1987's Skyfox II: The Cygnus Conflict is the focus of this episode of Beyond The Scanlines, checking out whether taking the Fox from the Skies into Space manages to keep up with the expectations of its illustrious predecessory.
