Refreshing your curls shouldn’t mean soaking your hair, detangling everything, and piling on more product. Those habits can actually keep you stuck restarting your hair every day.
Common mistakes I see:
❌ Jumping straight to water or product
✅ Assess first. Sometimes a dry refresh or water only is enough.
❌ Heavy detangling while refreshing
✅ Gently separate curls while dry before adding water.
❌ Soaking and restyling your hair every day
✅ Focus on better wash day longevity and use the Minimal Refresh Method.
