Roll Model Therapy Ball Technique #7: Ball Stack

The ball stack technique attempts to apply loads of compression and squeezing to the targeted tissue. Place one ball(s) underneath the tissue you want to address, place another ball(s) on the opposite side of that tissue, and then apply pressure to both sides simultaneously to compress the tissue between the balls.
