I got word from a friend that a warbonnet was on point of a manifest train that was switching around in Bakersfield. I was pleased to see that it was a Santa Fe warbonnet on point. Though I didn't hear the horn due to the quiet zone, I got some bell action for some idiots walking on the tracks as it was approaching. Also got a southbound manifest leaving the yard with a CP unit trailing. Foreign power is always cool to see. Then we saw Amtrak 717 depart Bakersfield with the one and only at the throttle... with a nice little horn show. It was a good day out on the rails. There are also a few trains in the latter portion of the video after I had left the yard. Enjoy!
