Here is a compilation of some trains from Davis and Dixon. These towns are along the UP Martinez Sub. The action is never very freight heavy with a majority of the action being Amtrak. There are some Union Pacific trains featured in this video. The first clip in the video is a Caltrain EMU delivery train coming through Davis. I'm not sure how many sets are left to be delivered but that was definitely a cool catch! The AMTK 203 Operation Lifesaver also makes an appearance on point of the westbound California Zephyr. A bit into the video also features a BNSF locomotive on point another California Zephyr. Freight leaders seem to happen quite often! About half way into the video, there was a cool meet with the UP MROMI and an eastbound Amtrak Capitol Corridor. Also seen are a couple P42DC locomotives leading a Capitol Corridor train! These GE units are a rare sight to see on the state operated Amtrak trains. It is always super cool to see!! Other than that, enjoy the action and enjoy the video!
