In April of 2025, a nice surprise came down on the Roseville to Oakland daily manifest. The UP "SP" 6318 was on point of the train. It was a very successful chase all the from Davis, CA to Emeryville, CA. I basically chased this train along its entire route. There are some other clips of Amtrak trains that went passed including some engineer friends on the Coast Starlight and California Zephyr. The Zephyr also had the AMTK 203 on point! That was a great way to close off the day. Not to mention, the engineer on the SP was an awesome guy and super nice. Every horn show was a shave and a haircut! Anyways, enjoy the chase!
