Micaiah goes from barely initiating at all to initiating against basically everyone. The only units that can initiate first against her are the units that have Shade/Stillness. This is both a blessing and a curse for her because while she does get a chance to proc her mastery, Corona, before the unit gets a chance to attack (which with her crazy Mag stat would one-shot most units in this series), this also leaves her open to a lot of counterattacks, which she wouldn't have to deal with if she just went second most of the time again. So, a lot of times when the unit can counter her after she attacks first, she has to rely on proccing Miracle to survive the incoming onslaught since she is very slow as well. The good thing about her changes is that because of all of the Authority Stars that she got, her accuracy is very good now, which was one thing about her build that was kind of shaky before. And she also gets Dark Magic access thanks to her affinity, which further increases those one-shot thresholds with Corona thanks to the high Mt that Balberith has. Thanks to the Brave weapons getting nerfed with their hit rates, she does stand some chance against the units that want to get those extra hits in against her Miracle procs, but the units that have solid hit rates will probably do just fine against her in that regard. Overall, a very solid build for Micaiah, and this is the first video that will show off how it is actually bad to initiate first in some instances.
