I used the Erewhon x Sofia Richie Grainge Sweet Cherry Smoothie as *loose* inspiration for my at-home version using only ingredients I already had on hand! I wanted this to be a meal so I added Greek yogurt and protein powder but you don’t have to do that. I do eat quite a healthful diet so this was cost effective for me, but it depends what kind of ingredients you keep in your kitchen.
I eye-balled everything and this made a little over two servings!
I chose to omit the colostrum, dragon fruit powder, and magnesium powder, and I’m sure that’s one of the reasons the price is so high at Erewhon. (I take a magnesium supplement already and I don’t see the need for colostrum or dragon fruit powder. TBH colostrum makes me feel a little ethically wrong but curious to hear your thoughts.)
I didn’t like that the Erewhon smoothie was basically all fruit and little substance, so I highly recommend adding protein like I did!

Frozen mixed berries
Frozen dark cherries
Frozen pineapple
Tart cherry juice
Coconut cream
Almond milk
Greek yogurt
Vanilla protein powder
Maple syrup
Erewhon’s ingredients:
Dark cherries
Pineapple
Avocado
Tart cherry juice
Almond milk
Coconut cream
Colostrum
Magnesium powder
Maple syrup
Dragon fruit powder
Smoothies are so easy because you don’t have to measure anything and you can just throw in whatever you feel like that day, and it’s a great way to get more fruits and veggies into your diet.
