Still gathering my thoughts for the milk makeup cooling water jelly tints, this is just a first impressions but so far so good! Just be smart, don’t swipe these on and be shocked when they immediately stain. You CAN swipe them on the skin, just be sure to work quickly and in layers.
I think they work best applying them on an emollient base but as you can see, they work over powder too. Just be careful and build slowly! I find these incredibly easy to use and they lasted over 8 hours without fading or budging at ALL. I will do a more official review, but I'm really impressed so far.
