Collecting and using all four Relaxaurus Effigies at a Statue of Power gives you a permanent 50% increase to EXP gained by both your player character and your entire team of Pals. This is one of the strongest progression upgrades in Palworld and can massively reduce the amount of time you spend leveling and grinding.

The four Relaxaurus Effigies are located in four major regions:
• The snowy mountain
• The Great Desert
• The volcanic mountain
• The Dancing Sakura Shrine island
Some of these locations are inside dangerous, high-level regions, so bringing a flying mount will make the journey much faster and safer.
After collecting the effigies, return to a Statue of Power at your base. Interact with the statue, open the player enhancement menu, and spend the Relaxaurus Effigies to upgrade your EXP Gain level.
