Here is where to find and catch Lovander in Palworld 1.0.
Lovander can be found in both of the major desert regions on the Palworld map. You can search the smaller desert near the center of the map or travel to the massive desert in the northeastern corner.
For the easiest and fastest search, I recommend visiting the smaller central desert. The area is much more compact, making it easier to search for Lovander spawns without traveling across an enormous region.
Lovander also appears throughout the large northeastern desert, giving you a much larger area to search if you are already exploring that part of the map.
The wild Lovanders shown in this guide are generally around the mid-30s in level, so bring a capable combat Pal, good armor, and Pal Spheres strong enough to capture Pals in that level range.
In this step-by-step guide, I show both Lovander spawn regions, the easier central desert route, what Lovander looks like in the wild, and how to successfully weaken and capture one.
