In this Palworld 1.0 tutorial, I show you how to improve Pal sanity at your base so your workers stay happier, recover sanity faster, and keep your base running more efficiently.
When Pals work at your base, their sanity slowly drains over time. If you ignore it, your Pals can become stressed, unhappy, inefficient, or start having problems that slow down your whole base. One of the biggest reasons Pal sanity drops is poor diet, so feeding your workers better meals is one of the easiest ways to improve base management.
Instead of only giving your Pals basic food, you can cook more complex meals like Salads or Stir Fry. Better meals restore more sanity, fill them up more effectively, and can even provide useful work speed buffs. This is especially helpful for large Pals because huge Pals can eat a lot, and basic food may not keep up with their needs. If your base has bigger workers, better food becomes much more important.
