Can kill any character provided you start with around half a bar...definitely not easy though. Thanks to Klaige for his suggestion on performing the Crazy Dance - piano 3 of your fingers across the S button as he performs the last hit of qcb+H! Makes it much more accurate, at least for me.
Even if you can't do this exact combo, I strongly recommend learning this setup for the glitch at least. You can tack it on the end of any of his bnb's and it's not position-dependent like the grappling hook.
