I’ve had just as much fun researching this Sriracha Korean street toast recipe as I have testing it, and eating it! It is definitely worthy of hitting the list for my “life’s too short for a boring sandwich” playlist. If you are only going to make one sandwich this week then make it this one. A Sriracha inspired street toast recipe that originated in Korea. Sold by the street vendor carts for breakfast this sandwich is absolutely epic and a mammoth meal to be starting the day.
