History is ALIVE with a RARE locomotive, Great Northern 325 leading The Minnesota Transportation Museum's (MTM) fall equipment migration train! This classy RARE SDP40, coupled with an SD9, and GP7, looked great against the fog and fall colors. This move only happens twice a year, and is a treat to see, nonetheless.
From the start, under a thick, and heavy coating of fog, these three classic locomotives emerge and rock down the tracks. Further down the line, we'll see the fog start to break up, and watch the train make its ways down the rails. This rare, and classy looking SDP40 is a rare locomotive, and has been beautifully restored in Great Northern colors. The BN SD9, and 'Soo Line' GP7 are a nice touch, with the passenger cars in tow. This was a fun chase, with a lot to see!
