How do you explain complex antiviral science in under two minutes?

That’s the challenge EvaMobs brought to us, and the result is this animated explainer video. EvaMobs is a Horizon Europe project developing a novel antiviral platform using artificial intelligence to fight viruses like COVID-19, Zika, RSV, and Influenza.

We combined 2D animation with 3D elements to visualize:
• How small proteins (Mobs) block viruses from entering human cells
• The AI-driven design process behind new antivirals
• Each step in the pipeline — from in silico design to preclinical trials
• Why this matters for pandemic preparedness in the EU

The goal? Communicate the science clearly, quickly, and visually — to engage the public, stakeholders, and funding bodies.
