Today we make the Kuleana Mai Tai from the Kuleana Rum Shack in Waikoloa Village on the Big Island of Hawaiʻi. I had this Mai Tai on a recent trip and loved how light and refreshing it was. The Cointreau and Angostura bitters offer a nice change-up to a typical Mai Tai and the Kuleana rums help lighten it up, making it extremely refreshing yet very flavorful. This is more than just a "light rum" version of a Mai Tai and something you should definitely try.
