Today we make the Bushwacker, the frozen coffee, coconut, and chocolate milkshake made famous in Pensacola. While the drink started life it St. Thomas, it grew in popularity once it was brought back to Florida by Linda Murphy, where she made some changes to the Bushwaker. Most importantly, the usage of rum.

¾ oz dark crème de cacao (22.5 ml)
1 oz dark Jamaican rum (30 ml)
1 oz coconut rum (30 ml)
1 ½ cups ice (180 grams)
¼ tsp xanthan gum
