2 dashes of grenadine
3 oz pineapple juice
½ oz banana liqueur
½ oz coconut rum
1 ¼ oz light rum
¼ tsp xanthan
*Cherry Almond*
2 oz pineapple juice
1 oz cream
½ oz banana liqueur
½ oz amaretto
½ oz coconut rum
1 ¼ oz light rum
Blend everything and then top with grenadine
*Yellow Bird*
1 oz pineapple juice
2 oz orange juice
½ oz Galliano
½ oz banana liqueur
Shake with crushed ice
*Goombay Smash*
1 dash simple syrup
2 dashes lemon juice
3 oz pineapple juice
¾ oz coconut rum
1 ¼ oz light rum, dark, or gold
*Bahama Mama*
3 dashes grenadine
3 oz pineapple juice
½ oz Nassau Royale
1 ¼ light rum
