Today we are going to take a look at the hidden corner connector. 80/20s hidden corner connector is not only simple to use, but is virtually invisible once set into place. It keeps those tight, secure connections, hidden from the naked eye. Its available in both fractional, and metric. Now the hidden corner connector comes in one piece, with two set screws already preassembled in the fastener. A great aspect of this connector is that no machining is required to your bars. Now when it comes to installing the connector, youre going to start with your connector and one bar. Slide it into the open T-slot, take your other bar and slide it over the connector. Were going to take our wrench from there, and tighten down the two screws. Now the great thing about the corner connector is its adjustability. Today we’re going to take a look at wire duct. Wire duct is a great way to neatly organize your cables. It’s available in both fractional and metric, compatible across a wide range of profile series, and requires no machining. However, a bolt assembly will be required. More information on 80/20’s recommended bolt assemblies can be found in the 80/20 product catalog. Now to install it, we’ve already got our bolts in and two our T-nuts on. So we’re going to go ahead and preload our last Tnut onto our bolt. Get that on there. Just get our profile into position, and we’ll just slide our T-nuts into the T-slot. We’ll get it to the desired location that we want, we’ll grab our wrench, and we’ll tighten down our bolts.
