Today we are going to take a look at the hidden corner connector. 80/20's hidden corner connector is not only simple to use, but is virtually invisible once set into place. It keeps those tight, secure connections, hidden from the naked eye. It's available in both fractional, and metric.
Now the hidden corner connector comes in one piece, with two set screws already preassembled in the fastener. A great aspect of this connector is that no machining is required to your bars. Now when it comes to installing the connector, you're going to start with your connector and one bar. Slide it into the open T-slot, take your other bar and slide it over the connector. We're going to take our wrench from there, and tighten down the two screws.
Now the great thing about the corner connector is its adjustability. Simply loosen the bolts, and slide it into a new location. Once secured, we have a clean hidden connection.
