In Part 3, I woke up to -30 degrees Celsius (-22F) morning, but no worries with the hot tent rig where it is toasty warm! I show my typical 3-course meal: Pre-cooked bacon reheated on the woodstove; Toasted bagel with a new twist - dipped in olive oil with a drizzle of balsamic vinegar (yum); and oatmeal and dried fruit…and coffee of course!
