A demo of my waxed jute tinder tube mini kit with my ferro rod, lighting my woodstove on a winter hot tent camp. The jute is 3-strand braided, and dipped in hot wax so its waterproof, and the wax provides fuel. To light, fluff up the wick so that the fine fibers are exposed and free of most of the wax, and then hold against the striker and strike with a ferro rod.
