This After the Hunt Black Forest Cuckoo Clock started to fall into disrepair. Thank goodness I got it to bring the clock back to life to be enjoyed again. The movement was very clean and just needed fresh oil, bellows needed to be clamped down for a while to get the closed memory back and missing parts on the front of the clock to be whole again.

Here I do most of my work on clocks. Mainly cuckoo clocks, yet I am always looking for the unusual and eye catching clocks. Some of the clocks I get into are ones that need saved from the dump. They fell off the wall from not securing the clock to the wall using the stud behind the sheetrock. Some of the clocks were laid to rest out in the garage or barn and I except the challenge of getting them back together again.
A well loved clock at one time is one that has a lot of wear and you find old bushings that might need to be replaced.
