I was a bit luck to get this clock for a reasonable price compared to what they are selling for. Yes, there was damage or missing pieces to the clock, but I fixed that as well. In this video, I take the movement out and dismantle the movement for my first time with a Becker clock. Check the video out to see the difference in this movement and others brands out there.

Here I do most of my work on clocks. Mainly cuckoo clocks, yet I am always looking for the unusual and eye catching clocks. Some of the clocks I get into are ones that need saved from the dump. They fell off the wall from not securing the clock to the wall using the stud behind the sheetrock. Some of the clocks were laid to rest out in the garage or barn and I except the challenge of getting them back together again.
A well loved clock at one time is one that has a lot of wear and you find old bushings that might need to be replaced.
