↡ Little Brimham ↡
In search of new blocs, but reluctant to travel too far, I spent the day at Little Brimham.
Little Brimham is a small outcrop of boulders just South of Brimham Rocks in North Yorkshire.
I came for a couple of gritty looking overhanging blocs, and they certainly delivered. So Pussy was the first on my list, and it took some time to figure out the top move comfortably. It was worth investing the time, because it climbs beautifully.
Across the road, technically at a different outcrop called Graffa Plain, I quickly found the stand-out bloc. The elongated prow features several lines. I stuck to what I know best, and managed to see off two 7a lines. Although I did consider a return trip for one or two of the harder variations.
