Honestly, there isn't much to say about either Cross or his theme. His motif is a super simple three note motif that's used in several Hollywood scores, so many that it would be impossible to count all of them (Examples would include Ares' theme from Wonder Woman, Skeksi theme from The Dark Crystal: Age of Resistance, and John Williams' Voldemort theme, though that last one does have some differentiation in melodic structure). The one unique part to Cross' theme is a repeating ostinato usually played with some electronic instrumentation and accompanying strings. It's very tech-y and fits the businessman Cross is, but sadly it isn't used much and the score opts for the three note single phrase motif instead. The demo for Yellowjacket's theme that Beck put on his YouTube would have honestly made for a very cool, effective villain theme for the antagonist if used and embellished.
