Kiryu enters the Hirose Office to find any clues as to where Hirose-san could be. He finds a matchbook from the Snack Hourglass, a bar down the street.
After defeating more yakuza goons on the way, the mama who runs Snack Hourglass has been waiting for Kiryu this whole time. Hirose-san knew he would get the clue from the matchbook and told her to tell him head to Ryunan Shrine.
Sprinting over to Ryunan Shrine, Kiryu is ambushed by Kanji Koshimizu. A boss battle ensues with him.
After the battle, Kiryu wants answers from Koshimizu, but Hirose-san shows up out of the shadows with Haruto in his arms. He explains that there's no point in questioning Koshimizu and that he will answer all of Kiryu's questions.
Back at Ryunan Shrine, Hirose-san apologizes for abducting Haruto. He also drops the bomb on who Haruto's biological father really is and what significance it means to the warring clans.
