While Takumi Someya has a surprisingly violent meeting with the Tojo Clan members, Kiryu and the rest sit at New Serena contemplating the clues they've uncovered regarding the Saio and Tatsukawa's murder.
Someya enters the bar and requests that Kiryu take him along during his meeting with Big Lo.
Kiryu and Someya head toward Shangri-La. Once inside, they encounter more Saio goons and a leather-clad maniac, Hangman.
After defeating many foes, their meeting with Big Lo reveals that Someya was indeed behind the fire in Little Asia and the fake war between the Chinese mafia and Japanese yakuza.
As Someya raises his gun towards Big Lo, Kiryu steps in the way. A boss battle with Someya ensues.
After Someya's defeat, Kiryu asks Lo about Tatsukawa's murder. Lo will not give any information other than the startling fact that Tatsukawa is not Haruto Sawamura's father and that the child bears a great significance to the war in Kamurocho.
