After hearing the disturbing news about Haruka's accident and learning of her infant son, Haruto, Kiryu is informed about the war between the Japanese Tojo Clan and the Chinese Saio Triad.

As Kiryu investigates the crime scene, he's recorded by a suspicious man. After chasing him, the man reveals that he's protecting Kiryu and is a member of the Tojo Clan from the Someya Family.

This information leads Kiryu back to Tojo Clan HQ to meet Takumi Someya and Acting Chairman Katsumi Sugai.
