Fragile is a young woman who comes into contact with Sam in the first episode. She bears the logo of Fragile Express, and has an executive role in the company. Considerable time will be spent getting to know her and what her agenda is.
In Episode 3, the world of Death Stranding really opens up and shines with enhanced gameplay mechanics. Sam will now have access to PCC building units, a motorcycle called the Reverse Trike and many other tools to aid his progress.
This episode also has a quest involving a guest character named the Cosplayer (played by Conan O'Brien). Completing his delivery nets you the otter hood, which is not only adorable, but allows you to better navigate in water.
