The Wing Tsun system begins the first form with an inner rotation Kwun Sau movement. Other VT and WC do a double low block instead, with lifting Tan Sau. A primary concept of Wing Chun is that all the root methods are contained in the first form, and the form builds into a complete martial art. Thus, the inner roation is needed to begin, and in this video I explore how it contains so many of the roots of other movements.
